About Staymulate.
Founder-built operating system for 1-19 room boutique stays. Validated against the founder’s own villa in the Corbett valley before any other property uses it.
The founding team.
Harpreet Singh Sobti — founder & builder
Sole technical builder. Designed Staymulate after years of running Corbett Calling through a property-management company and feeling the gap between “a platform that should help me” and “a platform that extracts margin while I do the work.” Built the system to be what he wished existed.
Working model: owner and approver, not the bottleneck for prospects. The system runs daily operations; the founder reviews exceptions on a weekly cadence. Customer Success Manager(s) join as paying customers grow per the setup-fee funding model.
Co-founder — sales & ground truth
Equal co-founder with a distinct domain: inbound prospect calls for Corbett Calling (rate availability, price negotiation, the emotional labor of persistent buyers). She is the human substitute for the AI Sales Executive until that ships.
Her domain (audit + playbook + escalation contact role + inbound sales) is as valuable as the technical layer. In autonomous mode she is the named escalation contact — with explicit, granular, auditable consent.
The company and the customer.
Two separate legal entities. Staymulate is a SaaS company (incorporation in progress). Akas Resorts (GSTIN 05BZHPK9331F1ZE) is the founder’s single-owner-multi-property registered proprietorship under which Corbett Calling is property #1 and future villas will sit.
Akas Resorts is Staymulate’s first customer. Corbett Calling pays Staymulate per-property subscription, same as any other customer will. Akas does NOT operate Staymulate; they are CUSTOMER and PROVIDER, not parent and subsidiary.
What this means for you: we use what we ship before any other property does. If a feature fails on Corbett Calling first, you don’t see it. Independent customer testimonials become available as paying customers join.
The 30-year commitment.
A property should be the same or better in 30 years. This is not marketing copy. It is the commercial test for every Staymulate decision. If a feature makes a property look better today but degrades in year 5, year 10, year 30, it is not a Staymulate feature.
Three operational principles flow from this:
- Pay staff on the 1st of every month, without fail. Financial predictability builds loyalty.
- Increase salaries before staff ask. Medical insurance for families of long-serving staff.
- Fresh stock always. No degradation of quality to save costs.
What Staymulate is, and is not.
What it is
Software. An operating system for the platform layer of running a 1-19 room property: channel management, AI guest replies within owner-set bounds, dynamic pricing, marketing engine, compliance and data-rights, ground truth capture, voice booking with hyper-local emergency context.
What it is not
Management. Staymulate does NOT employ your staff, does NOT replace your ground-level emergency decisions, does NOT take over your supplier relationships. The property owner remains the legal employer of all staff and the contractual party for all guests. Staymulate provides scheduling and communication tools, not employment.
Your data, your right to leave.
Every paying customer has the right to leave Staymulate at any time with their full property data exported in machine-readable JSON, within 30 days of request. Exports cover property DNA, ground truth, bookings, reviews, guests, leads, bills, content calendar, pricing history, compliance documents, and audit trails.
No lock-in by design. Prospects leaving StayVista / SaffronStays / Elivaas have already been burned by lock-in once — we won’t do that to you.
